Emily Littlejohn is the award-nominated author of the Detective Gemma Monroe Mystery Series. She was raised in a house in Southern California filled with books and has carried a love of reading ever since; it was only natural she would end up as first a librarian and then a novelist. She has called Colorado home for over twenty years and finds both inspiration and intrigue in the mountains, rivers, and valleys. When Emily is not writing, she’s developing library collections and spending time with her young family. She is currently at work on a standalone thriller.
